Olugbenga Agboola was born in Lagos, Nigeria, in the year 1985. He is actually the CEO and Co-founder of Flutterwave alongside Iyinoluwa Samuel Aboyeji.

He was formally the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Flutterwave before fully assuming the Chief Executive officer (CEO) in 2018 after Samuel Aboyeji stepped down.
